Install the DigiCert PKI Client plug-in

You need to install the DigiCert PKI Client plug-in on your browser before you can renew your certificate. The plug-in verifies that you have the specific certificate that should be renewed.

Click Download.
Click Run to install the plug-in.
After the plug-in is installed, you will need to close and re-open your browser window. Then, open your renewal email and click on the link to begin the renewal process again.
